1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Pfupa Jena Fan Club. We start every new membership relationship with a contract. The following contract spells out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We intend this to be the legal equivalent of your signature on a written contract, and equally binding. 2. ACCESS

Pfupa Jena Fan Clubhas four membership classes namely Bronze or Ordinary Member, Silver or Artist Member, Gold or Administrator Member and Diamond or Investor Member Classes.
9. FEES AND PAYMENT
We will charge you a once off Membership Registration fee for using our system as well as Membership Upgrading fees should the need to upgrade the type of membership you have selected arise. You will be given the opportunity to pay by credit card or ecocash or telecash when you sign up. You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time for any reason, but, whenever possible, we will give you at least one month's advance notice of such change.
10. MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
Bronze or Ordinary Members are expected to rate all Pfupa Jena Fan Club Pre Production previews and give their honest and unbiased opinion on the productions, in addition to purchasing and registering all Pfupa Jena Fan Club Commercial Productions.
Silver or Artist Members are expected in addition to performing all requirements expected of ordinary members give an artistic and technical comments of all Pfupa Jena Fan Club commercial productions in their specialized field of expertise.
Gold or Administrator Members are expected in addition to performing all requirements expected of ordinary members to give an honest and objective business comments on all Pfupa Jena Fan Club commercial production project
Diamond or Investor Members are expected, in addition to performing all requirements expected of ordinary members, to critically review all Pfupa Jena Fan Club incestment plans in addition to invest in such.
11. MEMBERSHIP UPGRADING
All Pfupa Jena Fan Club members can upgrade their membership to any membership of their choice at any time and notice provided they pay the required membership registration fees.
12. Membership Benefits
Bronze or Ordinary Members shall enjoy the following benefits based on the number of membership points they hold back stage passes, hood escort,
Silver or Artist Members shall enjoy the following benefits based on the number of membership points they hold being part of the production cast and crew of all commercial productions and exhibitions in their geographical area.
Gold or Administrator Members shall enjoy the following benefits based on the number of membership points they hold being part of the Pfupa Jena Fan Club Management team on all commercial productions in their geographical area.
Diamond or Investor Members shall enjoy the following benefits based on the number of membership points they hold sharing profits of a Pfupa Jena Fan Club commercial production.
13. FEED BACK
All comments, feedback, information or materials submitted to Pfupa Jena Fan Club through or in association with this Web site shall be considered non-confidential and Pfupa Jena Fan Club's property. By submitting such comments, information, feedback, or materials to Pfupa Jena Fan Club, you agree to a no-charge assignment to Pfupa Jena Fan Club of worldwide rights to use, copy, modify, display and distribute the submissions. Pfupa Jena Fan Club may use such comments, information or materials in any way it chooses in an unrestricted basis.

20. CHOICE OF LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the Republic of Zimbabwe exclusive of its choice of law principles. The Gweru Magistrate’s courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
21. GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. 22. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us regarding your membership to the Pfupa Jena Fan Club and supersedes any prior statements or representations.
